The EU High Representative made an assessment for Nord Stream 1 and 2, which exploded after the leaks. After Danish Prime Minister Frederiksen’s statement of “sabotage”, the EU representative said “it is not a coincidence”.
The European Union (EU) reported that gas leaks in the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines were the result of a deliberate action, not accidental.
Making a statement on behalf of the EU, EU High Representative for Foreign Relations and Security Policy Josep Borrell stated that they are concerned about the damage to the pipelines in the Baltic Sea and the resulting leaks.
Emphasizing that safety and environmental concerns are the top priority, Borrell said:
“These events are no coincidence and affect us all. All information shows that the leaks were the result of deliberate action. We will support any investigation aimed at clarifying what happened and why, and we will take steps to increase our resilience in energy security. Intentional actions that disrupt the European energy infrastructure are unacceptable and united.” , it will find a strong response.”
It was reported that there were three leaks in the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipelines belonging to Russia off the coast of Denmark and Sweden, and a warning was given that ships should not approach the area.
Both countries said there were indications that the leaks were not an accident but the result of a deliberate act.
DENMARK: SABOTAGE
Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said the gas leaks in the Russian Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 pipeline in the Baltic Sea were caused by a deliberate act.
Frederiksen stated at the press conference that the authorities stated that this was an intentional act and that they believed that the gas leaks were not accidental.
Emphasizing that they take the incident seriously, Frederiksen stated that there is no military threat against Denmark.
Energy Minister Dan Jorgensen also stated that the gas leaks were not due to accidents, but occurred as a result of explosions.
Swedish Prime Minister Mangdalena Andersson said that the first explosion in the region caused three separate leaks.
“Probably this is deliberate sabotage. The government takes the situation very seriously and continues to gather information with our partners,” Andersson said.
The Swedish Maritime Administration reported that there were three leaks in the Russian Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines and warned that ships should not approach the area.
Nord Stream 2, the executive company of the Nord Stream 2 project, confirmed yesterday that a leak has been detected in the gas pipeline southeast of Denmark’s Bornholm Island.
Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitriy Peskov also stated that the damage to the pipelines may have been caused by sabotage .

What do these mouthy mucky-mucks know about natural gas, pipelines, or whether they were actually carrying natural gas? Everyone is itching to fight, and they need a scapegoat (or a few scapegoats).
Russia should send some CO2 through those pipeines. Maybe it would put out some fires.

Wars are fought for the economy, a country targets the developing country to substitute its own resources, covets its territory and declares war. He lies to the public through the media. It is a different situation than the Ukraine-Russia war, in question imperialism has started to appear in its most brutal form and capitalism cannot be controlled. Since nothing can replace capitalism, they have to show their strength, there is an imbalance between resources and supply.
